Warmies are easily heatable, providing therapeutic warmth whenever you need it by simply microwaving and following the instructions.

The Warmies range features lovable plush toy animals. They are soothing, warm, and comfortable like no other plush toy on the market. They are scented with French Lavender and can be heated in the microwave or chilled in the freezer for warming or cooling relief!

Additionally, the whole Warmies range, including the ‘My First’ and ‘Hugs’ collections, is also freezable! Put your Warmie in a bag and freeze it for a couple of hours overnight, and your Warmies will be ready for use.

To process and fulfil your order, we need to know your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, credit card number and expiry date. In addition, we may use the information to promote and market our products(via email). However, we will not do this unless we have your express, inferred or deemed consent. Delivery

We proudly offer all our AU customers a fast and efficient delivery service across our entire product range.

Here’s everything you need to know about our delivery.

We offer FREE DELIVERY to everyone who places an order over $100.

All orders received before 4:00 pm Monday to Friday will be processed and despatched the next working day. This may vary in our peak times.
Orders received on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays will be processed and despatched the next working day.
We use DPD Carriers for all our deliveries.
We only ship to the AU.
We may need 48 hours to despatch your goods during peak trading periods.
We cannot cancel or edit orders once they have begun to process.
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.
All orders require correct details on the shipping address for prompt delivery.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We want you to be delighted with your product and its delivery.

In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, they are out of stock, or we have made a pricing mistake on the goods or the delivery cost, we will contact you with the correct details or offer to supply you with alternative goods. You may then cancel your order or re-confirm the order based on the correct information.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your Warmies®, but we understand that not every love story is meant to be. Our simple 30-day* return policy makes it easier to say goodbye.

Step 1: To begin a return, contact us using this form.

Step 2: Securely pack your unused Warmies® into a box to protect them from damage on their journey back to us. Be sure to include your return number so we can process your refund.
Step 3: Address the return package to:

*Please note that we only accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be unused with all tags still attached.

You will receive your refund using the same method you used to make the purchase.

All returns are made at the consumer’s cost; we do not offer a free returns service.
